Former basketball pro Lamar attended church with Khloe and sister Kourtney and Kendall
He was left fighting for his life after collapsing in a brothel just five months ago.
But Lamar Odom looked the picture of health as he joined his ex Khloe Kardashian for an Easter church service.
The former NBA pro joined Khloe and the rest of her family at a service in Agoura Hills, California today.
Lamar held hands with Mason Disick, the son of Kourtney Kardashian, as the group made their way into the church.
The star was dressed in a grey hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and trainers while Khloe, who he is still legally married to, looked glamorous in a white trouser suit with a white trilby hat.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Khloe, 31, remained by Lamar's side through his health battles and called off their divorce last year so she could continue making medical decisions on his behalf.
She recently opened up about the importance of staying friends with her exes , saying: "If it's a relationship that served a purpose in my life, like Lamar, why wouldn't I want them in my life afterwards?"
Khloe's sister Kourtney also attended the service and went to the church in a see-through white top which flashed her bra.
She teamed her racy top with a pair of wide-legged white trousers and held her son Reign in her arms.
Model Kendall Jenner followed close behind dressed in a pair of cropped blue jeans with rips in the knees, a flowing blue top which flashed her navel, and silver sandals.
Momager Kris Jenner was also there with her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
